Google has invited nonprofits to submit ideas with the potential to transform the lives of people with disabilities to the Google Impact Challenge Awards. Google has $20 million to give to organisations using emerging technologies to increase the independence of people living with disabilities. NPOs and individuals with technological innovation that will create meaningful and positive change for people with disabilities, may submit proposals.

With the goal of building awareness, identifying solutions, and helping to create universal access for people with disabilities, Google Impact Challenge intends awarding $20 million to the best ideas for how technology can expand opportunities and independence for people with disabilities.
